Really easy to use. Great cars. Fabulous service from staff… they supported me when my car was crashed into while parked in a car park overnight. It needed to be towed so East Coast sent me a brand new car!
The car was in great condition and the service was good. Self-service return was very convenient. Picked up the car from Brisbane Airport, but the pickup location was not within the airport. There was a free shuttle bus, but the order didn’t specify the shuttle bus location. It took some effort to figure it out; hopefully, this will be marked in the future.
Counter service was excellent as didnt have to waitlong plus car was ready for pick upafter paperwork was completed. Returning of car was very sressful due to accident on the M1 waited in traffic for over 2 1/2 hours to get thru, then time was very short for the transfer to Airport, apond that didnt have time to refuel, receiving gentleman was excellant ,plus told of fuel requirement, but no time to catch plane times. Regards.
Poor car condition, lots damage on the car, also very dirty inside the car. Rent with East coast few times with no problem, but this time the poor car condition definitely won't use them next time.
