The location is easy to find with map navigation, the car pickup process is quick, the service attitude is great, and there is no forced upselling. Highly recommended.
The staff was very friendly. They could locate the reservation with just a name and driver's license, then deposit payment was required to collect the car. I wrote my name, address, phone number, and email on paper for the staff. However, when reviewing the order, I found that they had entered the address incorrectly. I informed them immediately, and they said they would correct it. Despite this, the order contract I received via email was still incorrect. When returning the car, I informed the staff again and rewrote the information, but the subsequent email still contained the same mistake.
