Average. The staff's attitude during pickup was mediocre, barely responsive. The car had scratches that were not marked on the inspection sheet. When I asked an employee to check, they told me to take pictures myself and show them when returning the car. At drop-off, I showed the pictures, but the staff didn't even look at them and just had me sign and leave. If there are any additional charges, they need to be resolved later. I hope I don't get scammed. During the rental period, the car's navigation system kept shutting off automatically, requiring manual restart, which affected driving safety.

I waited for half an hour in the parking lot to get the car. The service attitude was good, and they promised to refund 30 euros as compensation. The staff was friendly, but there were significant hidden charges that exceeded the total cost of rental and full insurance. There was no paper contract and no Chinese contract (despite the platform clearly indicating that Chinese contracts were available). Requests for the paper and Chinese contracts were denied.

Great rental experience. The car had a tire issue in the middle, but we went to a service point to change the car. It was a bit inconvenient but still quite good.
