The company arranged a car to pick us up and take us to their office. When we arrived at the airport parking lot after our flight, the car was already full. The driver politely asked us to wait a moment while he dropped off the other passengers and then came back for us. We waited about 40 minutes before the car returned to take us to the rental company. We waited about 10 minutes at the counter and another 10 minutes for the paperwork. The whole process was very courteous.

The front desk service was okay, but no one answered the phone for pickup and drop-off, and the location difference was huge, almost made me late.

Dollar were fantastic. Super helpful, understanding and the lady who served me at Stansted was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Had a fantastic car, much better than I booked and paid for, and a wonderful experience.

Need more information emailed about shuttle service and pick up, it wasn't clear where we should wait or what vehicle to look for, so took us a long time and to-ing and fro-ing and asking questions to find shuttle pick up. Would be better to include more detailed information in info sent prior to pick up.

It was a swift process for us to pickup the car. It took way lesser time than I expected. Will definitely re-book through dollar again. I got the refund as well very quickly as it had no damages.

I found it way better than booking it through other websites. The app is seamless and the comparative rates definitely helps save on money or either get a better car in our budget.
