The charges were significantly higher than the listed prices on the platform. The cross-border fee was 45 euros, after-hours pickup fee (e.g., after 9 PM) was 59.39 euros, and an additional driver cost 80 euros. None of these were clearly disclosed during the paperwork process at the counter. After returning the car, the final invoice was 200 euros more than the platform indicated!

At the Vienna airport, the lady at the car rental counter was very friendly and patient with her explanations, which put me at ease. The car return was at a downtown location, and you can find a clearly marked garage entrance via navigation. Everything went smoothly.

the car was acselent. but ther should be a man with us when we peaked up the car. insted we had to go all the way back to the counter and tell them about 2 more screches that wasnt writen. in the check out the man who checked us out said that ther was a screch on the will cover. the screch was ther from the begining and the man in the counter didnt write it doun
