From Barcelona Airport to Downtown.

I arrived 4 hours early and asked the staff if it was possible to pick up the car earlier. They recommended an Audi and even though I asked twice, they said it was the same price. However, upon returning the car, I was charged over 300 euros more. The staff in Madrid confirmed that the price had increased.

The counter staff upgraded my car without my consent, doubling the rental cost. Extremely frustrating.

This EUROPCAR company is extremely terrible. On the Zuzuche platform, it indicated that our credit card would be accepted, but when we arrived at the store, they did not acknowledge it and said that Zuzuche platform had nothing to do with them. As a result, they didn't give us the car, refused to cancel the order, and denied a refund, wasting us thousands of yuan.

Please note that Barcelona airport has two terminals. Make sure to choose the correct one when booking, as they are not well connected.

The supplier forced me to change the car model, claiming they didn't have the one I originally booked. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, they still forced the change as I urgently needed a car. Additionally, although I had already paid for various insurances online, the foreign store ignored them and charged me again. Their attitude was extremely bad.
