1. Since their store was closed, we had to wait for their staff to come for both pick-up and return, which was very inconvenient. 2. The rented car was in poor condition; it broke down on the first day, with smoke coming from the hood. We waited for road assistance for an hour. 3. They tricked us into renting their ETC, claiming we couldn't use the highway without it, which cost 50. The extra money in it wasn't refunded and seemed to go to them! This feels like a scam company! A scam company! A scam company! I strongly advise everyone not to rent from them! If you need to contact customer service, you have to wait for half a day for a response!

The car was as expected but a little out dated with no handphone GPS interface. I had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to attend to me at the counter when I arrived to pick up the car.
