The attitude wasn't good, that's one thing; I think I encountered a scam. Photos attached, two small damages, not even sure if they're caused by me. I didn't take photos of the car when I picked it up, so I'm at a disadvantage. When returning the car, the guy who spoke French wiped the dust off the front windshield with his hand and found a small dent. Also, the rims of three wheels were scratched. The deposit was directly charged as an expense! Now they say they will keep my entire deposit, over twenty thousand. Ridiculous, right? If Zuzuche doesn't resolve this issue, this platform is meaningless. I waited for more than two months for this result!

The big companies are quite reliable.

Average service, but they were very persistent in selling insurance. Although we had already purchased QEEQ’s super insurance, they made us doubt if the coverage was sufficient.

A real shady business. When picking up the car, they said there was no problem and no need to check. When returning the car, they claimed there were several scratches. After we left, they deducted our deposit and eventually required us to pay 6,000 RMB for maintenance fees. I didn’t expect such a situation from the renowned Hertz company. The Hertz in Morocco has really tarnished the reputation of Hertz. I have rented cars in many countries and encountered this situation for the first time. As an honest person, I advise everyone not to choose them. They are a bunch of thieves and robbers. Just look at other people's reviews of them, and you will understand.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my car rental experience in Morocco! They forced us to buy a local insurance for 500 euros, otherwise we had to leave a deposit of 36,000 dirhams! (Even if you bought the full coverage insurance in advance through the rental platform, they wouldn't acknowledge it!!). It was basically robbery!
