We already bought insurance from Zuzuche, but when we picked up the car at the French branch, they tried to sell us additional insurance. We didn't sign any contract, yet 10 minutes after picking up the car, they charged us over 250 euros. This company is a scam. Don't use Budget's cars in the future. Also, be aware of the store clerk named Simon; he's the one who tricked us.
The service was very friendly, but the French are quite laid-back, so the wait time for picking up the car was rather long.
