Great car rental experience

I booked a Lynk & Co 01, but they gave me a Toyota CHR. For those renting cars in Germany, I don't recommend choosing a Toyota; it's not ideal for the unlimited speed highways. The staff suggested I upgrade to an Audi Q3 for an additional €150. As soon as I drove out of the parking lot, I regretted not upgrading.

There weren't many people returning cars. The staff told us to park the car as usual and leave the keys inside. We had a flight at seven, so we hurried to the airport around five o'clock. However, the later bill had extra charges, with incorrect mileage and return time.

Satisfied with the quick service

Counter staff at Munich Airport was a bit slow with 3 staff members working and a queue over 60 minutes. It was incredibly difficult to find the counter due to location and lack of visible sign.
