Overall service attitude was quite good, but there was constant upselling for a vehicle upgrade, claiming we had too much luggage and that the Ford Focus was too small, recommending a larger vehicle, which we firmly refused. In reality, the car we rented was in zone 3 area, where other cars like CRV4 and Nissan were also available. Therefore, it was possible to get a better car than what we had booked. It was raining heavily, and we didn't bother to choose carefully. The exterior looked fairly new, so we didn't switch. It had around 30,000 to 40,000 miles.

Both pick-up and drop-off were very fast, and there was no issue with using a magnetic stripe card for the deposit instead of a chip card. We even extended our rental by a day without any formalities, and the fee was deducted directly from the deposit when we returned the car.

The shuttle service to and from the terminal was quick and convenient for pick-up and drop-off.

Hertz didnt follow the contract and overcharged twice the agreed price for only asking for a GPS. I paid over 1000 Australian Dollars when the contrcat was 489 Australian dollars. Hertz bill in america was 489 USA Dollars but I got charged 1000 Australian dollars. Hertz ripped off me and now I need to be on a budget in Australia.

QEEQ excellent but Hertz is a disaster. I got charged twice the original agreement for only requesting a GPS. Recommend your customers to use a phone for navigation and no change anything at the Airport crows.
