They said the international driving permit was not acceptable and asked for the Chinese driving license. After getting that, they said I needed a translation. When I showed them the translation in my email, they said the international driving permit was fine. That was a very frustrating experience.

Overall satisfied, but the parking lot had no staff when returning the car; had to go inside to find someone.

This time we got new four-wheel drive cars, and there were no stringent fees upon return compared to previous experiences. Overall, very satisfied.

The weather was cold and rainy. We were asked to drag our luggage to the parking lot, but there was no car available there. We were told to wait for five minutes, but it took about twenty minutes. It was 0 degrees and raining, and after such a long wait, a car with a flat rear tire arrived. We found out and were told we had to wait another hour to change cars. It was too cold, so we dragged our luggage back to the airport to wait. The process was inefficient, and the pick-up staff were very rude with a heavy accent in English, and got impatient when asked to speak slower. We were the only ones renting a car that day, but it took a total of three hours to finally depart.

The actual charge at pickup was quite different from the booking price.
