There weren't many people returning cars. The staff told us to park the car as usual and leave the keys inside. We had a flight at seven, so we hurried to the airport around five o'clock. However, the later bill had extra charges, with incorrect mileage and return time.

At Munich Airport, the counters were sufficient and I was served immediately without waiting. Communication was very smooth. The pre-authorization was canceled within a week, without any charges. The vehicle was very new, performing well in all aspects. Fortunately, it was equipped with all-season tires, which came in handy on icy and snowy roads.
