A Drive from Orlando Down Highway 1 to Key West

QEEQ forgot to help me with the insurance! I had to pay a high price at the counter for insurance and special airport fees and taxes. The rental company's counter staff were very patient.

A terrible experience!!! I don't understand why the so-called prepayment with basic insurance is completely irrelevant when you arrive. You are forced to add so-called local insurance which doesn't even cover personal injury. Although I eventually resolved it after arguing, how many clueless fellow countrymen got scammed?! In the end, the total cost of my rental was: 6 days rental with basic insurance prepaid for 1055 RMB or 143 USD (personal third-party liability insurance 20 USD per day, full tank of gas 35 USD, taxes). I won't choose this rental agency again. There are two different pricing systems for domestic and international! There's no guarantee or sense of security at all!

Excelente application rápido y fácil

No issues with the car or the price however the car was filthy when I collected it. It hadn't been vacuumed, had rubbish and bits of food in it. I could barely see through the windscreen which was borderline dangerous. First thing I did on reach ok ng my accommodation was handwash and vacuum the vehicle.

Like: Staff were super friendly, especially at the car pick up desk. Ms. Julie and Ms. Barbara at the Orlando International Airport car pick up desk went above and beyond to help me out.
Dislike: I had to exchange cars 3 times due to several problems, but finally got a nice car and was my problems were solved.
