The rental company staff did not pre-record the car's scratches on the form; they only noted them when the customer pointed them out. It was raining when we picked up the car, and the vehicle was parked outdoors, which made it difficult to inspect the body.

I returned the car 10 minutes late at night. There were staff at the counter, but they said I couldn’t return it there and had to go to the 24-hour headquarters. The attitude was very bad, and it took a long time to find the so-called 24-hour headquarters.
