Upon arrival, we were informed that the car we booked online was unavailable. We had to pay extra for a higher-end vehicle and were repeatedly offered more expensive cars.

At the airport, I was informed that I was not old enough to drive the specified model, which contradicts the information in the app; 3. When placing the order, it was mentioned that a phone holder would be provided, but there was none upon picking up the car; 4. The service staff had an accent which made the experience very unpleasant;
