The car we got was not the model we had booked. I will never book with small Chinese-run rental companies abroad again.

Their office was hidden in a building, and I felt doubtful about their reliability when I went in. When returning the car, there was no fixed return point or staff. They guided us over the phone to find someone at the parking lot below their office building to handle the return. There were no clear signs or directions. Be cautious, everyone. I heard that positive reviews could earn you ¥50, but I prefer to objectively describe my experience rather than take the ¥50 as a responsible user of this platform.
