It was incredibly convenient and excellent! QEEQ is a must for international travel.

They added numerous insurances without any consultation and forced us to buy a full tank of gas after rejecting them, charging us $60 for gas that costs $40 outside. The vehicle model was downgraded from a Grand Cherokee to a regular SUV, which was not four-wheel drive, preventing us from visiting King's Valley. This was the worst car rental company, hands down.

受付カウンターは3〜4人並んでいましたが、Hertsにメンバー登録していたので(空いている)Herts専用カウンターで手続きを。車種は予約時と同じでした。 受付の方も親切に説明をしてくれました。

初めて利用しましたが、スムースに手続きが進められ、空港では“トラブルなく“ 車を受け取る事が。

コンパクトを予約していたのに。 必要以上に大き過ぎて、運転に気を使った。追加料金も取られたと思う。 乗り心地はよかったが。
