Call the company upon arrival at the airport, and a shuttle will pick you up at a designated spot. It takes about half an hour. The car rental process is fairly quick.

Everything else was great, with large vehicles for pick-up and drop-off, and the service was excellent! However, when we returned the car, we discovered that our child's safety seat had not been secured for the entire duration. When we picked up the car, they said they would install the safety seat for us, so we assumed it was done. But during the return, we realized it was just placed on the seat without being secured. We didn't double-check, but luckily the trip was safe.

The pick-up and drop-off process was quick and convenient. The customer service was excellent and they could communicate in Mandarin.

The pickup took a bit longer, I waited for over half an hour, but everything else went smoothly.

My only issue is that I forgot a pair of glasses in the car. I'm trying to recuperate them from YESAWAY. I hope they help me get them back.
