There were no upsells at the counter; they just asked if I needed to return the car with an empty tank. They informed me the gas price was 2.5 per liter and assured me that full insurance covered everything, advising me to drive carefully and not to worry. On the way to the parking lot, she kept reminding me to drive on the left, not to speed, and to practice driving in the lot before hitting the road.
