Spent 1-2 hours fighting at desk against 3 poeple trying to force me purchase $600 in insurances that I already have. With 30 hours travel and 6 hours jetlag, this is not a situation that I want to live again.

Dislike: The line was long at pickup... Seating for folks (elderly, parents with little kids, etc. needed)...
