They didn’t provide any sign off on damages prior to departure and tried to stitch me up for damages, which I refused to pay. Bloody useless and I’ll never use them again.

Good service attitude, simple procedures. I have a question that I hope you can help with: During my car rental in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, I used toll roads several times. Why hasn't the toll fee been charged yet? When I rented the car, the Hertz staff said they would deduct the fees from my credit card, and it's been almost a month now.

The rental store is closed on Sundays, so self-service returns are available, but they charge for an extra day as if returning on Monday. I only rented the car for one day but was charged for two. Additionally, the car I received was in poor condition and not the model I wanted.
