They offered me a Skoda Rapid, a compact car, and said there were no other options. They even said if I didn't want it, I could leave, as they were closing at 22:00. I paid over 2700 for a car that normally costs a little over 200 per day. We needed the car for 3 days for business purposes, and it had to be presentable, but this affected our business. Additionally, the fuel tank wasn't even full.

This car rental company is terrible. First, it is very far from the airport and is a very small company. The service attitude is bad, and they discriminate against Chinese people. They refused to release the car because my credit card has the UnionPay logo, and they didn't refund any of the rental fees. It's a total rip-off.

There were no signs at the airport exit, making it very difficult to find.
