There's a ticket machine at the entrance where you enter your last name, and it will show up on the screen. Just wait for your number to be called.

1. They try to sell additional insurance , claiming axa is not enough to cover damage / stolen car cost 2. They give bigger car than ordered but with other seat configuration (face to face second and third row) not like in original order . make it hard to travel with children . Finally gave older car and damaged with regular seat configuration .

“Not a bad driving experience for out Europe trip.”

The staff were very helpful, I couldn’t fault them. The car was in good condition, it did have quite a number of dents and scratches and the air conditioning did not work. We were in Italy during summer and at 35 degrees temperatures it got very hot and sweaty in the car. The car wasn’t as clean as I would have expected it to be either. Otherwise mechanically the car was sound. Overall it was a good driving experience in Europe.
