I prepaid all the fees in early January and called in advance to confirm. The next day, they told us to pick up the car from another rental company in downtown Kuala Lumpur. I went there in the scorching heat, only to find the gates locked and no one working. Can you imagine how I felt then? My entire itinerary in Malaysia was disrupted. This was my first experience using your service! Now I am asked to rate and select a car before I can submit my review. Fine, I'll randomly choose one, but you did not fulfill your contract. I reserve the right to further appeal and expose this issue online!

No staff during working hours, making it inconvenient to pick up or exchange the car.

No issues, car was very scratched, tip they should tell people about the parking voucher system
