The Zuzuche app and public account showed that the pickup was at the international terminal, but when we arrived at the counter, we were told that the pickup was at the domestic terminal, and we couldn't complete the paperwork first. We had to run back and forth, and it took us almost 2 hours to get the car. The instructions from Zuzuche were unclear and unprofessional.

There are Chinese-speaking staff, but they said the full insurance we purchased is not accepted.

Good deal with value for money

J'ai réservé dans cette compagnie au vu des commentaires et des notations. Tout a été parfait : l'accueil pour le pick-up et l'aide (je m'étais trompé de terminal), les explications, le véhicule, tout !
