The service attitude was quite good, and the explanation was very detailed. Probably because we arrived late, there were no queues. Their store is right at exit 2 of the airport, which was fairly easy to find. It took about 15 minutes to complete the paperwork and inspect the car. Returning the car was also smooth.

“Got quite a bit of paperwork to fill up at the counter. I could be more seamless and faster.”

The pick up location is quite a distance from the international arrivals. There was also no sign indicating where to find ASAP. Quite a bit of manual paperwork had to be filled in at the counter.

Ok with easyrentcars but the information I gave to easyrentcars was not transmitted to the ASAP, the renter.
