The operator at rental desk charge us for more than 100€ first without saying anything at all. Then we claim that there is no hidden cost which we should pay and then they start talking about insurance! Very tricky

Great, spacious car!

Car was immaculate. Staff more interested in in conversations. Directions to pick up and drop off non existent. Spent 40 minutes trying to find place. Not ideal when dark and late at night

The staff were helpful friendly, polite and best of all there was no upselling.. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

Website was easy to use, I would definitely be using their services again. Highly Recommended !!

Had a very long wait of one and a half hours to get the keys at the airport. Firefly knows in advance when people are arriving to collect cars and how many. Why are arrangements not made to deal with customers in a timely manner? The customer service representative did not apologise for the wait. I had 3 young children and it was 11pm at night. Instead he had a go at trying ti confuse me into buying extra insurance.
