Few people, so the waiting time is short, but the service attitude is not good and efficiency is low.

The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The transactions went quick and smoothly. Shuttle van bring us to the location which is nice because outside the craziness of the ORD airport.

We’ve rented from Routes before with no issues, but this trip we had several. The office appeared to be busy and understaffed. The women’s restroom was out of order the entire 2 weeks we had the cars. The first car wasn’t clean and the check engine light was on. The window washer fluid was empty and upon refilling, emptied out immediately. We exchanged the vehicle and the new one was clean but had an annoying loud rattle coming from the dash that we couldn’t quiet. Shuttle was quick and easy.

Smooth process, no issues!

The staff was terrible. Only two people and their focus was on the phone, not the people in front of them.

You need to let people know that there are conditions for the rental of cars. Routes does not allow locals to rent cars from that location. Had to prove that the driver flew in using their flight reservation. Had I been a local this would have been a BIG problem.

They upgraded our car to a Jeep Wrangler. It was great!
