The store staff were insufficient, service was slow, and the car I booked wasn't available. They delivered the car the next day.

The pickup process was very quick; the most time-consuming part was reading the terms and conditions. They asked if I needed insurance but didn't push for it. I rented a Yeti and was given a larger diesel Tucson. No deposit was required; they just copied my credit card information. UnionPay is not accepted; you need a Visa or MasterCard. I returned the car outside business hours via self-service, and no additional fees were deducted later.

Really happy with the service of the counter staff when I picked up the vehicle.

All worked fine

The car was pretty beat up. Supposedly an upgrade that I should not have agreed to. The car has so many dents and rattles. Worst rental car I have ever rented.

I told the counter guy about those problems and he refused to exchange the vehicle.
