This is a shameless car rental company. The store employees are negligent and do nothing, tampering with the original rental agreement. The company supports them and even asks customers to provide video and audio evidence, arbitrarily charging customers. Complaints are ineffective and lawsuits are inconvenient, resulting in significant losses.
The British are absolutely unreliable, be very cautious when renting a car! I recommend recording video and audio during car rental!
Having never used Heathrow airport before, I found it difficult to find where to catch the bus from to the rental company. A phone call to the office sorted it, but perhaps the bus stop number could be added to the booking instructions. I also found it difficult to locate the offices to drop off the car. However, the car itself was fantastic value for money. I booked a small vehicle but was upgraded free of charge to the next size up due to availability. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book with Easirent again. Especially now I know how to find them. :)
On arrival was offered a GLA this is NOT an equivalent car or 'upgrade' as they later told me. I booked a V60 Estate or Similar, I expected something similar to this, there was no cars in their car park remotely close to this model.
An upgrade was given but still not an estate and after a long discussion.
