Picking up the car in Bordeaux was fine, but dropping it off in Rennes was very troublesome! The location was very unclear, the parking lot was extremely narrow, the staff were far from the parking lot, and for non-locals, it was very difficult to find. Refueling was also inconvenient, and the AVIS staff had a cold attitude. The key issue is, a few days after returning the car, there was a charge of over 262 euros. It's been over half a month, and there's still no response about what happened!

When we got to the store, the Mercedes we booked wasn't available. They gave us a BMW 5 Series instead. Sigh, European cars are smaller, we couldn't fit three suitcases, had to place one in the front.

The rental and return processes were quite smooth. The car provided was okay. However, when I arrived, I found out that the car I booked (BMW) was not available and I was given a cheaper one instead.
