The car was really dirty, there was even a shoe from another person under the seat. The breaks started not to work but in all the country they only have ofices in Kuala Lumpur and in Penang to change the car and i was on the other side of the country so i had to go have of the country with tje breaks broken.

The car itself is in bad condition with scratches all over the car. The car fuel cover would not open upon pulling the lever and have to pry it to make it open and the high beam isn't working as well.
I would like to especially commend your counter staff Mr Ashish who attended to me during pickup. He was professional, polite and helpful.
