About PARADISE:5.7/10
The car itself is in bad condition with scratches all over the car. The car fuel cover would not open upon pulling the lever and have to pry it to make it open and the high beam isn't working as well.
Overall very satisfied. The staff who attended to us were responsible, enthusiastic, and helpful. They communicated with us patiently and had high professional qualities. My first car rental experience abroad was smooth!
“Worst customer service from Paradise Rentals. The car was very old (80K miles) and service was bad.”
About PARADISE:3.3/10
The car was very old (80K miles), brakes were not responsive, and overall condition was bad. However they refused to exchange or upgrade the rental car even after we called out the issues with the car. The only option was to upgrade to Proton Perdana for 450RM per day. The customer service was terribly bad as well - they didn't know what cars they had available, promised us a new car and yet delivered an old Proton Saga with bad brakes. The only upside is the car is cheap, but not much cheaper than others. I would not recommend renting a car from Paradise.
“value for money compare to other car rentals in market”
About PARADISE:10.0/10
Like: Simple and comfortable driving. Dislike: Car steering vibrates when exceeds above 100KM/per hour
