The car had a minor issue; the diesel vehicle required AdBlue. When we encountered a problem during the trip, we handled it at a repair shop. After coordination between QEEQ and Europcar, they proactively refunded the repair cost and apologized after we returned the car.
It's inconvenient that to change the pickup time, you can't do it online or by phone. You have to go to the store in person. I hope this can be improved.
