It's inconvenient that to change the pickup time, you can't do it online or by phone. You have to go to the store in person. I hope this can be improved.
Very satisfied with the staff, but there were too many people in line and the wait time was a bit long. They replaced my car with a two-door Mercedes C220d coupe, which was awesome.
No Chinese service for foreigners, inefficient, overcharging.
