Good but it would be better!

This Zuzuche APP is a money trap. I canceled my order a week in advance, and it showed cancellation successful with an estimated refund time of 15 working days. Thinking the refund was processed, I didn't check further. Unexpectedly, the APP did not cancel my order, and it wasn't until the scheduled time that someone called to inform me to pick up the car. I said I had already canceled the order! When I contacted customer service, they refused to refund my money. Such garbage service, I will never use Zuzuche again and will warn my friends not to use it either.

The staff member Nikki was efficient and considerate. Kudos!

A company with only one person. Overwhelmed with tasks leading to poor customer experience.

They don't handle the paperwork on site. They said they'd drive us to their office to complete the paperwork, but it was really just to drop us off. We actually completed everything in the car at their office. It wasted our time and they lied to us. When returning the car, they even cursed at me and said they'd throw the contract at me.

Meet and greet service at las vegas airport - but didn't know that before arrival. And couldn't get through to mobile number in UK to arrange pick up when we arrived. Otherwise good .
