They should never charge customers for washing the car. This should be part of the service provided.

Target rent charged me extra on my insurance when I already paid them for full coverage.

Car was great, larger than expected. No queue at pick up counter and staff very friendly.

Inaccurate re pickup as stated on airport and it was off airport. Opening hours were inaccurate which meant we had to return our car earlier than we'd planned to otherwise they'd have been shut

We received better vehicle than we expected!

At the desk agent asked for a printed copy of the contract. And not just showing confirmation on my phone. On returning the car on inspection was told there was new damage which was a small scuff on rear bumper. Which I didnt do. So was told to fill out a disclaimer. For which there would be a charge. So not a happy chappie.

I should note that the actual company was called Rental Plus..apparently Target Rent are a broker. So Rental Plus were great.. we were picked up by a shuttle called 'Travel Parking' (shuttle collections outside departure area and opp pharmacy). - was relatively easy to find. My only negative was that the car was smaller than expected...it was a 7 seater but the last two seats were more sort of kid-seats with no leg space - that probably explains why this car was much cheaper than the competition. Some clarity on this when booking would have been good.
