It was off-season when we went, so there was no queue. They did offer additional insurance, but it wasn't overly pushy. After giving us the keys, there was no guidance or anyone to take us to the rental car location. The car model was changed in the end and felt somewhat smaller, but my friends decided to accept it, so we didn't push further. It wasn't a very pleasant experience.

Car rental process was a bit slow, but pick-up and drop-off were generally smooth.

Excellent way to book a car through, actually i find it the best, the prices including the whole package is one of the best on the net, vey clear and straight informations and terms, and very easy to filter and find smoothly whatever you are looking for, no need to spend time on the counter of the car supplier.

Kindly réception, but waiting 30 ans Need add blue additive...bad surprise (But europcar reembursed at pickoff...)
