Before renting the car, I specifically contacted the car rental company but did not receive any notice that only credit cards with Visa or MasterChip are accepted. On the rental day, the company said that my credit card with a UnionPay logo could not be used. I asked if my spouse's card could be used, and they said no. When I asked what to do, they said we just need to pay an extra 80 euros to use the credit card with the UnionPay logo and Visa chip. We had two families renting two cars, so we paid an extra 160 euros. Additionally, because the return time was 6 am, outside their business hours, we paid a 24 euro service fee per car. PS: Another Chinese tourist family renting a car at the same time as us also had to pay the 24 euro service fee and a one-month deposit of 1460 euros.

Good attitude

The pickup address provided by Zuzuche was incorrect, which led me to the wrong location. After contacting them, the rental company sent someone to pick me up and take me to get the car. The rental location was very far from the Heraklion port. I originally planned to walk to the port after returning the car. Due to the new return point being very far from the port, walking there was not possible, so I had to pay an additional 10 euros to the rental company for someone to pick up the car from the port. Additionally, the car wasn't provided with a full tank of gas, which was inconvenient as I had to be very cautious not to overfill the tank each time I refueled.

Absolutely horrible!!!! Very, very, very, very bad service! They forced us to buy €62 insurance, otherwise they wouldn't give us the car! The same happened to two other Chinese customers as well. This company has no credibility! Absolutely terrible! Do not rent from them under any circumstances!!!! Let's see if QEEQ dares to delete my review! When I checked, it was all positive reviews but it's not true at all!
