Had to wait, no help with luggage

Not bad, but the car was a bit old. Support during the trip wasn't great; you had to resolve issues yourself.

The rental company has a poor service attitude and engages in malicious fraud against consumers. The experience was extremely bad.

Overall ok, pickup was a concern as I was asked to go the airport’s busy drop off point and look out for the pickup car’s registration plate. I had my grandson with me and it was very stressful having to manage him and try to look out for a car amongst 100s of people getting dropped off. Operator should pay and use designated pickup areas

though the office is a bit minimal the prices are great. As long as they don't go bust overnight, worth it.
