The service was excellent, but the order sent by QEEQ to Enterprise did not match my original booking. Fortunately, the rental company's staff resolved the issue.
The service was excellent, there was no waiting time, and the airport counter process was swift. We picked up the car at the parking lot where staff greeted us and there was also a service desk available. So, even if there were any issues during pickup, we could address them immediately.
The car was a very small fiaT not Fiat Panda and I had to pay extra 150 euro to get a bigger car!!!
