This company is great, much better than Avis. They don't freeze as much money, the process is quite fast, and they even offered a free upgrade. The car was new and they didn't push any extra sales.
Pickup and drop-off were very convenient and the staff were enthusiastic. Any questions asked in English were answered thoroughly.
