At the Vienna airport, the lady at the car rental counter was very friendly and patient with her explanations, which put me at ease. The car return was at a downtown location, and you can find a clearly marked garage entrance via navigation. Everything went smoothly.

Dislike: Staff on the desk were very uptight and unhelpful Car described for 5 luggage where it fit 4 only St the beginning the staff gave me lower class car claiming it’s the same class and he said he’s not responsible for anything the agency promised
