The car pickup was fairly smooth, the counter was easy to find, and they took us to the car for inspection. Returning the car was extremely troublesome; we couldn't find the parking lot at all. We circled the airport several times and, in the end, couldn't figure it out. We gave a policeman 50 MYR to lead us back. We had less than two hours left to catch our flight.

Car did not have electronic toll pay which put me in dangerous situations a few times on highways

The driver seat was tilted and uncomfortable, eventually giving me back pain. No shuttle to the terminal us a big obstacle. I was almost late to my flight. Return address was not clear!!!

Location of counter was extremely hard to find even though staff were extremely helpful.
