Received many charges upon return. 25 people rented 5 five-seaters and 1 seven-seater. The service was good, but one car was reported to have exceeded the mileage limit and was charged 500 euros. All 6 cars traveled together, so it's unclear how that one car exceeded the limit by over 2000 kilometers. It's been more than a week without any information. Such random charges from the largest and supposedly best car rental company in Europe...

They actually gave me a Skoda Octavia or a small two-door Mercedes. They claimed it was the same class. If there's no car of the same class, the store should give a refund or a free upgrade.
