Terrible experience. The airport car rental point was too small with limited vehicles, and early pick-up was not allowed. Customers were made to wait without reason, and the staff at the airport location were rude. When picking up the car, the fuel gauge was not full, but customers were asked to sign off on a full tank return. The staff were dishonest; a customer left an item in the car, and the employee falsely claimed it wasn't there.

No one was there to pick us up at the airport, and we couldn't get through on the phone. Eventually, we found a small alley and luckily met a Chinese person who helped us contact the rental company. The car we got was not the model we had booked. I will never book with small Chinese-run rental companies abroad again.

I chose this unheard-of rental company because 'Alipay Sesame Credit' allowed for a deposit-free option, which was convenient. However, it turned out that the service capabilities of this small company were limited. We waited for their shuttle, but they kept telling us to wait for the Hilton shuttle. Their office was hidden in a building, and I felt doubtful about their reliability when I went in. When returning the car, there was no fixed return point or staff. They guided us over the phone to find someone at the parking lot below their office building to handle the return. There were no clear signs or directions. Be cautious, everyone. I heard that positive reviews could earn you ¥50, but I prefer to objectively describe my experience rather than take the ¥50 as a responsible user of this platform.

The young man's service was pretty good.
