There were two additional charges added to the contract when I picked up the car. I ended up paying an extra $139 without knowing what it was for. These charges were listed as 1. package charge, 2. Non-PKG item.

Average, indifferent towards Chinese customers. The car was relatively new but the wait time was long as they were still washing the car. Shouldn't the vehicle be prepared well in advance for customers? Overall, be cautious with this company.

Queued for nearly 40 minutes. Even though I said no additional services, the staff kept pushing extra fees: additional insurance, extra driver, a full tank of fuel. The model I wanted was not available, and they tried to sell me a more expensive one. When I refused to pay extra, the staff became very impatient. They charged a deposit on my credit card without my consent. There was no Chinese service during this process.
