Simple, San Francisco to Campbell, then commuting daily, returning to San Francisco after a week

The staff at the counter was a middle-aged woman who spoke softly, which made it hard to hear her. Additionally, she was pushing the insurance sales.

Found the rear bumper damaged when picking up the car; they quickly replaced it with another vehicle. Returning the car took less than 5 minutes!

Everything is hidden charges, and you can't refuse.

Would not use Dollar again. Alamo are better. The car had a built in Sat Nav which they didn't advise us of so we paid for extra for a Sat Nav at almost $10 a day including tax which we didn't need. Got stuck in traffic so returned the car 2hrs later than specified and ended up paying for another day hire.
