I pointed out that drop-off fees were already included. After some negotiation, he adjusted the price but it was still high. I showed him the order amount, and after standing my ground, he not only upgraded our car but also gave a price slightly lower than the order. Additionally, my wife forgot her key pouch in the car, and they helped locate it and promised to mail it back. We paid for the shipping, but it was still a pleasant resolution.
